As a Storytelling Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping customers get up and running with Vizlly, Leonardo’s Digital Marketing System for hotels, quickly and effectively. Adhering to digital marketing best practices, you will research customer hotels, and conduct consultation calls with our hotel clients to help them setup their digital marketing presence using Vizlly.
Your primary role involves crafting compelling stories about the hotel by writing engaging copy for the customer’s website and to accompany the visual content for the hotel. This role coordinates with external hotel customers and our internal Customer Success Team to complete these projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of marketing principles and strong copywriting skills, as well as a friendly demeanor, customer service focus, the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Must be a self-motivated, team player and be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment, demonstrating excellent judgment, good common sense, a can-do attitude
- Background in digital marketing, marketing communications, or customer marketing
- Ability to produce high quality work under tight timelines
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
