Chris Pierce, General Manager of Les Suites Ottawa, brings over fifteen years of hospitality experience to the table. He started his career in hospitality in Front Office Operations and then migrated towards Sales Management roles including Director of Sales & Marketing which finally brought him to his present role as General Manager.
His extensive experience in the industry has positioned Chris to become an expert in what it takes to run and market a hotel. His thorough understanding of his business has given Chris the ability to streamline his team’s marketing efforts with the assistance of VBrochure, which the team implemented two years ago. Understanding the importance of his hotels online presence, Chris allocates a majority of his marketing budget to online initiatives.
