  • I performed my studies at the Università di Genova - Scuola Politecnica, receiving the BSc. diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2014 and the MSc. diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Design and Production in 2016. After a brief experience in industry, I was introduced to the world of research by working for the Humanoids and Human Centered Mechatronics research line of Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) as mechanical designer of haptic devices. Since 2021, I have worked as a Research Fellow for Leonardo Labs, in the lab of Robotics in Unstructured Environments.

    My work focuses on the development and fabrication of innovative mechanical components. The systems that I develop are used in unstructured environments and are designed for maximum reconfigurability and modularity, ease of maintenance and robustness. I specialise in the integration of mechanical and electronic components and in the evaluation of innovative materials and manufacturing processes.
