In Turin, in a true technological hub, Leonardo’s Aircraft business area is developing new processes and tools, enhanced by artificial intelligence and supercomputing, destined to revolutionise the design and development of modern aircraft. Italy’s Aerobatic Team will dance with Leonardo’s high technology

Leonardo’s M-346 has been chosen as the future aircraft of Italy’s Aerobatic Team (Frecce Tricolori). This aircraft, presented on 12 September in Istrana (Treviso) with the new livery of the Frecce Tricolori, is the subject of a special issue by Luigi Merano in the newspaper “Libero” that illustrates the characteristics and future technological evolutions that make it the most advanced training aircraft on the international market.

The Aerotech Academy Puglia in Grottaglie is inaugurated. The first call for applications is underway

The selection announcement for admission to the 2024/2025 academic year of the new Aerotech Academy Puglia, born from the collaboration between Leonardo, the Polytechnic of Bari and the University of Salento, has been published on the Polytechnic of Bari’s website. The advanced training course will take place, starting next October, at Leonardo’s production site in Grottaglie (Taranto). A class of about twenty students, with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in STEM subjects, will follow an advanced training course on breakthrough research topics and applications in the field of manufacturing industry.

Aerotech Academy, the fourth edition's diplomas conferred in Pomigliano d'Arco. Registrations open for the new academic year

28 students were recently conferred by Leonardo the end-of-year diplomas for the fourth edition of the Aerotech Academy, the advanced training course on cutting-edge engineering topics, born from the collaboration between our company and the University of Naples "Federico II". Registrations are already open for the fifth edition, aimed at 50 students in possession of an educational qualification at least equal to a three-year degree, to be selected through a specific call.
