Giancarlo Schisano is the Managing Director of Leonardo's Aerostructures Division since November 2018.

After a degree in Economics followed by a Master in Business Administration, Giancarlo began his career as Senior Auditor at Montedison Holding. Subsequently, he worked with international consulting firms supporting development projects for industrial development.

He then held senior financial positions at Ferrovie dello Stato until he was appointed General Manager of Commuters and Local Transportation Division, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Metronapoli and Chairman of Sita. Giancarlo then moved to Alitalia as Executive Vice President Cargo, then Chief Operating Officer and lastly Deputy General Manager Business.
