A: To register in the new Leonardo Supplier Portal it’s necessary to connect to the site https://supplier-registration.leonardocompany.com and proceed to fill in the required information. At the end of the process you will receive an email which contains your credentials to access to their own personal area from the following link.
A: You can reset your password from the following link you have to click on the link “Get Support”. To reset your password you have to insert your User ID that is composed by the letters "GS" followed by six numeric characters (for example GS000000) and the email address assigned to this User ID, and click on the "Submit" button. Later you will receive an email in which there is your new temporary password to use for the access to the Portal. If you copy the password, be careful to don’t copy any spaces at the end of it, be sure to copy only the characters that compose your password.
A: at the first access to the your personal area Leonardo Supplier Portal, it’s required to you to accept a series of documents and guide line that Leonardo submit to all its suppliers: Ethical Code of Leonardo, 231 Model, Anticorruption Model, Term and Conditions of portal usage. For accepting these conditions you must put a flag in the indicated boxes and click on “Continues”.
A: You can find the questionnaires to fill in your personal area. The questionnaires are the main tool through which the Leonardo communicates with its users. For enter in the section of questionnaires you have to access at the following link, and then you have to enter with the credentials that you have received by email, click on tab “My Profile” and check the “To Do List” in “Action required” area. Now it's enough click on one of the lines of table to go directly to the content of the questionnaire to be completed. It is recommended to give a higher priority to Prequalification and Qualification questionnaires.
A: The Pre-Qualification process is an evaluation process of Supplier, preliminary to the participation of the supplier in the negotiation processes. This process includes the analysis of economic and financial requirements and also Ethical – Legal requirements. To complete the Pre-Qualification process, the supplier must complete three different questionnaires ( Ethical – Legal, Economic-Financial and dependency from Leonardo).
A: in the Pre-Qualification process, the supplier must produce a series of documents based on Nationality and type of Company. Below you can find an explicative table.

A:The Certificate of Incorporation of a Private Limited Company it’s a document that describes the relevant information about the company included in the Company Register; a copy of this Certificate must to be attached to the Ethical – Legal Code.
In case of this Certificate is not required in your Country you can issue an Auto certification.
A: NO, it's not accepted
A: You have to specify in a note on the Economic - Financial questionnaire that: The Consolidated Financial Statements it's not available because the company is new established.
A: The user can manage his own personal area and modify personal data and account information. Once you have logged in with your credentials from the link https://procurement.leonardocompany.com, you have to search for “My Profile” tab and click on “Profile Management”; it will open a new window with all the company’s data.
In order to enable the modification of the data, you have to click on “Edit”. Once you have filled in the new information, please you have to click on “Save”, at the top of the page.
A: In order to have the relevant support on the procedure for the modification of personal data, please look at the previous question. Once you have logged in your personal area, through the link “Profile Management”, you have to select the tab “Qualification Categories” and click on “Edit”. From the box ID Category, it is possible to open a dialogue box to navigate between the commodity categories and to identify the code which corresponds to the type of product that you want to add.
Otherwise, you can make a direct search by entering a key word on the special characters in the field “Description”, or you can expand the various options clicking on the mouse. Once selected the Qualification Category to add, it's necessary to choose your relevant business activity (for example: Manufacturer, Distributor, etc.) and click on Classification Code inside the menu.
