Andrea Campora has been Managing Director of Leonardo's Cyber & Security Solutions Division since September 2023.

Campora worked at Leonardo for over 20 years, until 2020, serving as SVP of Cybersecurity & ICT Line of Business and holding other leadership roles such as Sales and Marketing Director, leading the challenges of secure digital transformation.

From 2020 to his rejoining Leonardo, Campora held leadership roles in internationalcompanies, including Dematic, where he was Managing Director for Southern Europe and SVP Commercial EMEA, and Sopra Steria SpA, where he was Director of the Gov, Energy, and TELCO Division.

Andrea has been president of ECSO (European Cyber Security Organization) since October 2025, after being one of its founders and a member of the board of directors for four years, from 2016 to 2020.
Andrea is also vice president of Confindustria Genova with responsibility for the digital economy and cybersecurity, and a member of the board of directors of Nuclitalia.
He is a member of the technical and scientific committee of the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN – Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale).

He holds a degree in Physics, specializing in Electronics and Solid State, from the University of Genova, and has followed Executive Leadership Programs at the Columbia University of NYC and INSEAD in Paris.
