Antonio Liotti is the Chief People & Organisation Officer of Leonardo since November 2021.

Liotti, who graduated in Law and became a licensed lawyer, has gained significant experience within the Group: he joined Alenia Aeronautica in 2004, where he held the positions of HR Manager of several production sites, Business Units and Subsidiaries (Alenia Aeronavali, Alenia Improvement), as well as Head of Industrial Relations.

In 2016, at the birth of the One Company, he took on the role of Head of Human Resources and Organization of the Aerostructures Division, and in 2017 also of the Aircraft Division.

In 2018, he became Head of Training, HR Management and Development at Leonardo Corporate, before assuming the position of Group SVP Human Resources in 2019.
