He is responsible for the M&A and PMI, Corporate Development and Equity Investments activities of the Leonardo Group, which he joined in 2009, holding various positions, always in the M&A area.

Prior to Leonardo, he worked for 12 years at UBS Investment Banking, first in London and then in Milan, assisting several Italian and foreign companies in M&A and capital markets transactions, mainly in the telecommunications, utilities and industrial sectors.

He began his career developing R&D projects in the field of telecommunications networks.

Giuseppe holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the London Business School.
