Mariangela Panza is Sustainability Director of Leonardo since June 2026.

With a master’s degree in business administration, she gained significant professional experience within the Group, holding roles of increasing responsibility both at the Divisional and Corporate levels, since 2006 when Mariangela Panza joined Leonardo.

During her experience in the Aerostructures Division, she held the position of Head of Sales & Contracts for the Boeing and Airbus programmes, subsequentely being appointed Head of Strategy & Competitive Analysis.

From 2021, at Corporate level, she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO until 2023.

In May 2023, she became Head of Governance, Membership & Protocol Office within Institutional Affairs.
