Partnership Compliance operates, in terms of ethical-reputational evaluation, in the selection and evaluation of Third Parties (Partners) with which Leonardo S.p.A. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries intend to establish commercial and/or strategic collaboration agreements and within the framework of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) operations.

Partnership Compliance Unit is a Corporate structure that performs its function through analysis of the ethical-reputational risks connected to the possible signing of commercial, strategic or M&A collaboration agreement, determining the associated risk level and certifying the same.

Lastly, the Unit provides direction, supervision, monitoring and control of the ethical-reputational assessments carried out by subsidiary companies of potential partners.
