Leonardo: sale of the ATM business unit of Selex ES, LLC. completed

Rome, 01 May 2023

Following up to press release issued on 7 November 2022, Leonardo announces that its wholly-onwed subsidiary Selex ES, LLC – operating in the US - has completed the sale of its air navigation radio aids business, to Indra Air Traffic, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Spanish company Indra Sistemas S.A.
The closing of the transaction occurs following the customary regulatory clearances.
