In compliance with the recommendations of the Corporate Governance Code, Leonardo informs that are available to the public on the website www.leonardocompany.com (Corporate Governance/ Board of Directors/Composition section) the Guidelines of the Board of Directors of Leonardo S.p.a. to the Shareholders about size and composition of the Board of Directors, approved by the Company’s Board.
