Filing notice: updated Bylaws

According to applicable law and regulations, notice is hereby given that the text of the Articles of Association, updated following the amendments approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on May 24, 2024, recorded on June 4, 2024 with the Rome Companies’ Register, was made available to the public within the statutory deadlines (also in version with evidence of the approved amendements) at the Company’s head office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s website (www.leonardo.com, section Corporate Governance, Governance Model /By Laws), as well as on the website of the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com).
The relevant minutes of the Shareholders’ Meeting will be made available to the public with the modalities and within the deadlines prescribed by the applicable regulations.
