Leonardo: amendment to 2024 Financial Calendar; 2023 Guidance confirmed

Rome, 08 February 2024

Leonardo provides the following amendment to the 2024 Financial Calendar as released on 28th September 2023:
-   On Thursday, 29th February 2024, the Company will release preliminary Full Year 2023 results. A conference call to present preliminary results to the financial community will be held at 6:30pm CET
-   On Monday, 11th March 2024, as previously announced, the Company will approve the Industrial Plan, the draft Group Annual Report for 2023 and the draft Financial Statements of Leonardo S.p.a. for 2023.
-   On Tuesday, 12th March 2024, the Company will present its Industrial Plan to the financial community, including Guidance for 2024 and medium-term targets

The separation of Full Year 2023 results from the Industrial Plan presentation will allow investors and analysts more time to focus on both events separately.

The Group also reconfirms its 2023 Guidance as presented with Third Quarter 2023 results.
