LEONARDO: PRESS RELEASE

Rome, 10 November 2025

Following the press release issued on 5 November 2025, Leonardo announces that, as of today, Alessandra Genco has stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as the Executive Responsible for the preparation of the Company’s accounting documents, pursuant to Article 154-bis of the Italian Consolidated Law on Finance and Articles 25.4 and 25.5 of the Company’s By-Laws.

The mutual termination agreement was reached following discussions between the parties, who agreed on the opportunity to end the existing employment relationship by mutual consent, defining the timing and terms.
