Leonardo: 2025 financial calendar

Leonardo informs that the annual calendar of corporate events for the year 2025 is as follows:

- Thursday 20 February– Board of Directors: 2024 preliminary results
- Tuesday 11 March – Board of Directors: Draft Annual Report for 2024 and Industrial Plan update
- Thursday 8 May – Board of Directors: Results for the First Quarter 2025
- From Monday 12 to Monday 26 May – Shareholders’ Meeting ^1-2
- Wednesday 30 July – Board of Directors: First Half Report 2025
- Wednesday 5 November – Board of Directors: Results for the Nine Months 2025

^{2 The dates are subject to approval by resolution of the BoD}

The conference calls/meetings to present the results to the Financial Community will usually take place the same day or the day after the approval by the Board of Directors.

Any amendment to this calendar will be timely announced.
