As requested by CONSOB (the public Authority responsible for regulating the Italian financial markets) following today's share price performance, Leonardo informs that the company is evaluating the possibility of proceeding with the listing of Leonardo DRS aiming at creating value for its shareholders. However, the company reiterates that, as already stated on 9 November 2020, no formal decision on the matter has been taken yet.
