Leonardo: completed the transfer of the full ownership of JV Advanced Acoustic Concepts to Thales subsidiary TDSI

Rome,  27 July 2022

Leonardo announced that its US subsidiary Leonardo DRS has completed the transfer of full ownership of Advanced Acoustic Concepts (AAC) Joint Venture to Thales subsidiary TDSI.

The finalization of the transaction was subject to obtaining the all required regulatory approvals.
