Finmeccanica advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 14 May 2013, containing the amendments to the By Laws pursuant to Law n. 56/2012 and Ministerial Decree n. 253/2012, and the up-to-date By Laws, are available to the public at the Company's headquarters.

Finmeccanica advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 14 May 2013, containing the amendments to the By Laws pursuant to Law n. 56/2012 and Ministerial Decree n. 253/2012, and the up-to-date By Laws, are available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, Piazza Monte Grappa 4, Rome, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s website www.finmeccanica.com, section Investor Relations/Corporate Governance (respectively: Corporate Documents/Reports and Resolutions area; By Laws area).
