Availability of Board of Directors Minutes and up to date By Laws - Company
Finmeccanica advises that, under the current legislation, the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 6 March 2014, containing the amendments to the By Laws pursuant to the provisions of the Law n. 56/2012 and Ministerial Decree n. 253/2012, and the up-to-date By Laws, are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, Piazza Monte Grappa 4, Rome, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website www.finmeccanica.com, section Governance (Corporate Documents/Reports and Resolutions area; By Laws area).
