Finmeccanica and AgustaWestland: not involved in the alleged charges according to the Legislative Decree 231 01

With reference to some news which were published today on the media, Finmeccanica and AgustaWestland intend to specify that the Companies received a notification of investigation on which it is reported that the Companies are inquired for administrative responsibility

With reference to some news which were published today on the media, Finmeccanica and AgustaWestland intend to specify that the Companies received a notification of investigation on which it is reported that the Companies are inquired for administrative responsibility pursuant to the article 25 of Legislative Decree 231/01, in relation to the articles 110, 319 and 322 bis of the Criminal Code, with regard to a supply by AgustaWestland of 12 helicopters in India.

In this regard, Finmeccanica and AgustaWestland, while highlighting that the notification of investigation is a deed usually sent during any inquiry, declare that they are not involved in the alleged charges.
