Under the current legislation, Finmeccanica advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 27 October 2014, which resolved - as already announced to the market - the renewal of the EMTN program, is available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A, on the authorised storage mechanism 1Info (www.1info.it), and on the Company's website www.finmeccanica.com (section Governance, Board of Directors area/Resolutions).
