Rome, 5 August 2015 - Finmeccanica advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob "Issuers' Regulation", the documentation relating to the merger by incorporation of OTO Melara S.p.A. and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei S.p.A. into Finmeccanica and the partial spin-off of AgustaWestland S.p.A

Rome, 5 August 2015 - Finmeccanica advises that, pursuant to Article 70 of Consob "Issuers' Regulation", the documentation relating to the merger by incorporation of OTO Melara S.p.A. and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei S.p.A. into Finmeccanica and the partial spin-off of AgustaWestland S.p.A, Alenia Aermacchi S.p.A. and Selex ES S.p.A. in favour of Finmeccanica (Merger and Spin-off Plans; Balance sheets of the companies involved; Report of the Board of Directors of Finmeccanica S.p.a.) is available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s website (www.finmeccanica.com, under section Governance), as well as on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "NIS-Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com).

The annual reports for the last three financial years of the companies involved in the operations are furthermore available at the Company's headquarters.
