- According to current legislation, Finmeccanica advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 24 September 2015 relating to the approval of the merger operations in Finmeccanica S.p.a. of the companies Oto Melara S.p.A. and Whitehead Sistemi Subacquei S.p.A., as well as the partial spin-off of the companies AgustaWestland S.p.A, Alenia Aermacchi S.p.A. and Selex ES S.p.A. in favour of Finmeccanica S.p.a., are available to the public at the Company’s headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A, on the Company’s website (www.finmeccanica.com, area One Company – Divisionalisation) and on the website of the authorized storage mechanism "NIS-Storage" (www.emarketstorage.com).
