Finmeccanica Global Services has a new name: Leonardo Global Solutions

Leonardo-Finmeccanica journey towards a new identity continues, following the process of reorganisation as One Company. From today, the company Finmeccanica Global Services (FGS) has been renamed Leonardo Global Solutions (LGS).

The renaming of the group service provider follows the rebranding of Finmeccanica as Leonardo
Over 1.2 billion Euros are spent annually and 12,000 suppliers are managed by the service provider, guaranteeing quality and creating value for Leonardo-Finmeccanica

Leonardo-Finmeccanica journey towards a new identity continues, following the process of reorganisation as One Company. From today, the company Finmeccanica Global Services (FGS) has been renamed Leonardo Global Solutions (LGS).

Yesterday, May 31, the FGS Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approved the updated Articles of Association containing the new name, which is effective from today.

The role of Leonardo Global Solutions is to support Leonardo-Finmeccanica, providing integrated services from real estate to purchasing and general services, managing over 12,000 suppliers and procuring services worth 1.2 billion Euros annually.

Leonardo Global Solutions has a key role in the improvement of quality, effectiveness and efficiency of services, reducing operating costs, optimising the management of "non-business critical" services for the parent company, its divisions and subsidiaries. By the generation of efficiencies in capital investiture, it creates value for the whole of Leonardo-Finmeccanica.
