Finmeccanica joins the regulatory simplification process adopted by Consob

Finmeccanica announces that the Board of Directors resolved to join the opt-out regime as per Articles 70, paragraph 8, and 71, paragraph 1-bis of the Issuers' Consob Regulation.

Finmeccanica announces that the Board of Directors resolved to join the opt-out regime as per Articles 70, paragraph 8, and 71, paragraph 1-bis of the Issuers' Consob Regulation No. 11971/1999 as subsequently amended and supplemented and, therefore, to exercise the option of exemption from the disclosure requirements for publication of informative documents in connection with significant mergers, spin-offs, capital increases by contributions in kind, acquisitions or sales.
