With reference to Finmeccanica's outlook revised from stable to negative by rating agency Standard & Poor's, and the relative comments reported today on the press, Finmeccanica clarifies that the revision is based upon FY 2013 and 1 half 2014 economic and financial performances. Hence it does not take into account initiatives launched by the new Management.
