With reference to press news about the disposal process in the Railway Transport sector of the Group, Finmeccanica clarifies that discussions with Hitachi and Insigma on their proposals are progressing in parallel, with the aim of rapidly achieving final offers, in order to enable Finmeccanica to take a conclusive assessment.
