Finmeccanica press release

Finmeccanica reiterates that reports in the weekly magazine Panorama relating to the alleged negotiations with Fincantieri for the sale of stakes in OTO Melara and WASS are false. Following further reports by the magazine supporting these claims, which are completely groundless, Finmeccanica will take all the necessary actions with the relevant authorities in order to protect its interests.
