The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica, chaired today by Gianni De Gennaro, has positively taken note of the report of the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Mauro Moretti, regarding the disposal in the Transportation sector and has invited the Chief Executive Officer to continue tightly the negotiation to reach the conclusion.
