The Company, as a potential injured party, is at the complete disposal of the Authorities, in order for them to establish the facts of the case and identify possible responsibilities and to avoid the risk that the new Finmeccanica and all those who work directly and indirectly for the Company remain for too long in a severely limited competitive situation, within an international environment of significant competition, where the new Finmeccanica is playing a crucial role in the interest of the Country.
