Under the current legislation, notice is hereby given that the text of the Articles of Association, updated with the new Company’s name “Leonardo – Società per azioni” (abbreviated form “Leonardo S.p.a.”) adopted since 1 January 2017, is available to the public (also with evidence of changes) at the Company’s registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s website, as well as on the website of the authorised storage mechanism NIS-Storage.
