Notice is hereby given that the updated text of the Articles of Association, containing the new Company’s name “Leonardo – Finmeccanica – Società per azioni”, abbreviated form “Leonardo S.p.a.” or “Finmeccanica S.p.a.”, approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 28 April 2016, has been recorded today with the Rome Company Register.

Under the current legislation the minutes of the Shareholders’ meeting, as well as the updated Articles ogf Associations (also with evidence of changes), are available to the public at the Company’s registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company’s website, as well as on the website of the authorised storage mechanism NIS-Storage.
