OTO Melara at Euronaval 2014

Finmeccanica- OTO Melara, has signed today in Paris, a Memorandum of Understanding with (SAKT) for the development, marketing and coproduction of the HITROLE® 20mm naval system, officially presented, on the same day, at Euronaval Exhibition in Paris.

Finmeccanica- OTO Melara, has signed today in Paris, a Memorandum of Understanding with (SAKT) for the development, marketing and coproduction of the HITROLE® 20mm naval system, officially presented, on the same day, at Euronaval Exhibition in Paris.

SAKT is an UAE Company willing to develop its business opportunities and industrial capabilities in the defence sector by partnering with Finmeccanica-OTO Melara in the weapon station sector.

The HITROLE® 20mm system is a naval Remote Weapon Station equipped with the 20mm Gatling rotating machine gun specialized in different roles like Anti Air and surface defence.
