Selex ES, a Finmeccanica company, is to feature its capability to offer Penetration Testing services at the Payment Card Industry (PCI) London conference on 24 January 2013.

Penetration testing (otherwise known as ethical hacking) consists of identifying vulnerabilities in IT systems and networks, using publicly disclosed vulnerabilities and common configuration errors.

Selex ES’ consultants employ well-established methodologies, identifying any vulnerabilities, evaluating the risk of the security flaws and where appropriate exploiting them in a controlled manner.

PCI London is designed to meet the needs of key stakeholders and decision makers who are responsible for securing payments systems, protecting cardholder data and meeting PCI data security standards compliance requirements within merchants, acquiring banks and payments service providers.
