AW940 Synergy Distributor Agreement

AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that Synergy Aerospace, a division of Synergy Group, has renewed its distribution agreement for the sale of AW119, AW109 Power and GrandNew helicopters in the Brazilian corporate and VIP transport market.

AgustaWestland, a Finmeccanica company, is pleased to announce that Synergy Aerospace, a division of Synergy Group, has renewed its distribution agreement for the sale of AW119, AW109 Power and GrandNew helicopters in the Brazilian corporate and VIP transport market. AgustaWestland and Synergy Aerospace first signed a distributor agreement in 2006 and have seen strong growth in sales for its commercial helicopters in the Brazilian market which continued through 2011 creating a record order backlog.

Synergy Aerospace, a division of Synergy Group, has extensive interests in the South American airline industry as well as being a major provider of helicopter transport services through its subsidiary Ocean Air Taxi Aereo.
