Raffaella joined Leonardo as Investor Relations Officer, up to taking responsibility of IR Credit Rating Agencies and Sustainability. 

In 2017 she became Chief Stakeholder Officer enlarging responsibility to External/Internal Communication, Media & Digital, Italian Public Affairs. 

Since 2017 Raffaella is Chairman of Ansaldo Foundation; end 2019 she was named General Manager of Leonardo Foundation both focussed on promoting corporate culture. Raffaella has also managed Institutional and External Relations of Telespazio (Satellite Services).

Along 25yr she gained significant experience in financial and institutional communication, ESG/sustainability, shareholder activism, stakeholder engagement, including sovereign funds.

In 2000 she founded doyoo.com, European internet start-up headquartered in Germany, as CFO of the Italian branch she coordinated several rounds of financing by large European VC.

Previously Raffaella worked at ENI as IR Officer, contributing to the privatisation of the Oil&Gas state-owned company. A year later she worked at JP Morgan NYC on behalf of ENI.

Degree in Economics and Finance and MBA. Chartered Accountant and Auditor.
