LEONARDO: TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT MR. PARRELLA

Rome, 31 May 2023

As part of the new organizational structure announced at the outcome of the Board of Directors' meeting held on May 9, 2023, the Company decided to spin off the Corporate Affairs activities from the Legal, Corporate Affairs, Compliance, Criminal and Anticorruption Organizational Unit, and to reorganize differently the activities previously entrusted to Mr. Parrella.

Following this reorganization, the Company and Mr. Parrella, Group General Counsel at Leonardo since June 2014, reached an agreement for the consensual termination of his employment relationship, sharing a path of progressive exit from the Group.

Leonardo thanks Mr. Andrea Parrella for his dedication and the remarkable contribution guaranteed over the years, also in terms of boosting the Company’s reputation, wishing him all the best for his future activities.
