Leonardo publishes the Guidelines of the Board of Statutory Auditors to the Shareholders

Leonardo informs that are available to the public on the Company’s website (www.leonardocompany.com, Corporate Governance/Board of Statutory Auditors section) the Guidelines of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Leonardo S.p.a. to the Shareholders on the composition of the Board of Statutory Auditors, issued by the Company’s control body, due to the expiry of the mandate, with the aim of providing the Shareholders with an appropriate tool to support the selection of candidates to be included in the list for the renewal of the body by the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
