The Geopolitical, industrial scenarios and technological innovation Committee is composed of 5 non-executive and independent Directors. 

The Committee is entrusted with the task of supporting the Board in overseeing matters related to developments in the geopolitical, industrial, technological and regulatory environment. In particular, the Committee’s responsibilities include: the continuous monitoring of geopolitical developments and strategic scenarios in key regions and countries; the analysis of issues related to supply chain resilience and the risks arising from industrial, technological or production dependencies; the review of the ways in which the Company adopts technological innovation solutions and integrates them into its products.

The functions and duties of the Committee are illustrated and regulated by specific Rules of Procedure of the Board of Directors and the Board Committees,  last updated and approved in May 2026.
