The Sustainability Committee is composed of 4 non-executive and independent Directors.

The Committee is entrusted with the task of supporting the Board in sustainability issues relating to its role; the Committee also supports the Board of Directors in the preparation and implementation of the Industrial Plan.

The functions and duties of the Committee are illustrated and regulated by specific Rules of Procedure of the Board of Directors and the Board Committees,  last updated and approved in May 2026.
