Leonardo Foundation at the Festival of Sustainable Development

13 October 2020

On 14 October, at 5 pm, the next edition of “Digital Dialogues” will take place organised by the Leonardo Foundation-Civiltà delle Macchine in the setting of the Festival of Sustainable Development, with the participation of journalist Ferruccio De Bortoli and Professor Michela Marzano.

The debate, entitled 'Trust, the right to be ourselves', will also include a discussion on the Manifesto sulla Fiducia (the Trust Manifesto), again promoted by the Leonardo Foundation, with the aim of stimulating public discussion of what needs to be done to recreate a climate of trust between the public and institutions following the Coronavirus pandemic.

The event, which will be 45 minutes long and will be moderated by journalist Monica Maggioni, will be streamed live on the Leonardo Foundation website and Huffington Post.

The Festival is the biggest Italian initiative to raise awareness and mobilise the public, businesses, associations and institutions in relation to the themes of economic, social and environmental sustainability and to pursue Agenda 2030 through the 17 Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs - approved by the United Nations.
