Poste Italiane and Leonardo today signed a MoU to jointly develop secure and innovative solutions for warehouse management and automated sorting services, leveraging Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Giuseppe Lasco, General Manager of Poste Italiane, and Carlo Gualdaroni, Co-General Manager Business of Leonardo, expressed their “great satisfaction with the agreement, envisaging a synergistic collaboration path which, thanks to Leonardo’s technologies, can make Poste Italiane’s services even more secure and advanced.”
 

The agreement covers the development of innovative logistics and infologistics solutions, Physical and Cyber Security systems to protect people, assets and platforms, as well as the identification of potential areas of cooperation on strategic Italian and international programmes. The two companies will also explore opportunities for collaboration in corporate welfare solutions and banking, insurance, and financial services for employees, as well as for the companies within their respective Groups.
