Born in Foggia on 27 January 1970.

Ms. de Mauro has been Statutory Auditor of Leonardo S.p.a. since May 19, 2021. She graduated in Economics, certified public accountant and auditor. Shee is an equity partner of LS Lexjus Sinacta. She deals mainly with corporate governance, corporate and tax consultancy. She is an expert in national accounting standards and IFRS, M&A transactions and extraordinary finance on financial markets (i.e. bond issues, listings, capital increases), taxation of IFRS subjects, transfer pricing, patent box and company valuations

The professional activity has been developed within different types of Italian and international companies operating in the sectors of concessions, publishing, industry, local public transport and railways, tourism, tertiary, agri-food, as well as the financial sector and, among these, also companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. Moreover, She is committed to the problems of third sector entities, associations and foundations.

Since 2014 she is a member of the Management Board of the Italian Accounting Body Foundation. Since September 2020, she has been a member of the established within the State General Accounting Office for the definition of a single system of economic and financial accounting for public administrations, based on the accrual principle. She is currently President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Fondazione Organismo Confidi Minori (since 2021), the body delegated, pursuant to Article 112 bis of the TUB, to the maintenance and management of the list of confidi provided for in Article 112, c.1, standing auditor of Fondimpresa (since 2021), the interprofessional fund for continuing education of Confindustria, Cgil, Cisl and Uil, standing auditor Acea Ato due S.p.A. (since 2017), company that manages the integrated water service in 79 municipalities of Rome and its province, standing auditor Treccani Reti S.p.A. (Treccani Group), director of ESGR S.r.l. - a benefit company (since 2021) that deals with sustainability, social innovation and impact, President Controlling Body of the Bettino Craxi Foundation (since 2018), President Controlling Body of the Accademia di Ragioneria (since 2020), member of the Scientific Committee of the Fondazione Dottori Commercialisti di Milano (since 2018), member of the Scientific Committee of the Istituto per il Governo Societario (since 2014), member of the Scientific Committee of the Accademia di Ragioneria (since 2012).

She has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences on financial statements, IFRS principles and taxation. She has also lectured at universities on the same topics and is the author of articles on tax and accounting. She follows with particular attention the issue of sustainability and integration of ESG factors in strategic decisions, governance and business models, and in this context the reporting methods of non-financial reporting.
