Finmeccanica press release

Finmeccanica informs that it has started, together with Hitachi, the activities for the final verification of the contractual conditions, activities which involve various jurisdictions worldwide

With respect to the closing of the transfer of about 40% of Ansaldo STS S.p.A. and with reference to its press releases issued on September 18th and October 20th, 2015, Finmeccanica informs that it has started, together with Hitachi, the activities for the final verification of the contractual conditions, activities which involve various jurisdictions worldwide.

Upon completion of these verification activities, Finmeccanica will provide any information relevant to the shareholders meeting of Ansaldo STS, scheduled on second call for November 2nd 2015.
