Finmeccanica: filing of documentation

Under the current legislation, Finmeccanica advises that the minutes of the Board of Directors' meeting held on 25 September 2014, containing formal amendments to the By Laws pursuant to the provisions of Law n. 56/2012 and Ministerial Decree n. 108/2014, as well as the up-to-date By Laws (also in version with evidence of changes), are available to the public at the Company's headquarters, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A, on the authorised storage mechanism 1Info (www.1info.it), and on the Company's website www.finmeccanica.com (section Governance, Board of Directors area/Resolutions; Governance Model area/By Laws).
