The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica, chaired yesterday by Gianni De Gennaro

The Board of Directors of Finmeccanica, chaired yesterday by Gianni De Gennaro, following proposal by the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Mauro Moretti, has resolved, among other, the disposal of BredaMenarinibus.
Furthermore the Board of Directors, informed by the CEO regarding the disposal of AnsaldoBreda, invited to continue the ongoing negotiations with the two interested Groups, Hitachi Ltd and Insigma, under terms and timing required to determine the best offer.
